PAC - Teacher Incentive Fund
The PAC Teacher Incentive Fund helps reduce teacher out-of-pocket expenses and supports positive, engaging classroom environments. Each 1.0 FTE is allocated $250 per school year.
Submission instructions
To streamline reimbursements, please submit once per term and include all required documents in one PDF.
- Accumulate receipts for eligible items only. Do not include personal purchases on submitted receipts.
- If using Teacher-Pay-Teacher (TPT), include a screenshot of the credit card statement showing the charge in CAD.
- Complete the PAC Receipt Submission Form and use it as the cover sheet.
- Scan everything into one PDF (form plus all receipts). Suggested filename format: Lastname_PAC_TIF_[Term][Year].pdf
- Email your PDF to treasurer@panoramaheightspac.ca with subject line: PAC TIF Reimbursement - [Your Name] - [Grade]

Eligible purchases
Purchases may include, but are not limited to:
- Student rewards and reinforcers: stickers, candies, small toys, pencils, bookmarks, fidgets
- Classroom enhancements: books, puzzles, games, baskets, special art supplies
- Learning activities: TPT activities, science experiment materials
- Celebration items related to seasonal or classroom celebrations
Not eligible: field trips, equipment, furniture, or general classroom supplies.
