PAC Budget Approval

Parents,

At our first General PAC Meeting, we ran out of time and were unable to complete the required budget votes and approvals. We apologize for the additional meeting and appreciate your time.

Our proposed 2026–27 PAC Budget will be posted on the PAC website for the required review period. This week, parents and caregivers are welcome to review it and send any questions or concerns to the PAC Chair (chair@panoramaheightspac.ca) or Treasurer (treasurer@panoramaheightspac.ca).

We will hold a short Special PAC Meeting, Monday, October 5 at 7:00 PM (Online via Google Meet ), to vote on:

1. 2026–27 Budget & Expenditures
2. Planned PAC Events
3. Executive Spending Authority – up to $500; spending over $500 requires a PAC vote.
